Shipping policy

Shipping:

We ship orders twice a week, on a Monday and Wednesday. Our delivery rate is calculated at checkout and is based on your South African postal code. Once an order has been made you will receive a confirmation e-mail and tracking number.

Orders within South Africa
Please note that the shipping is calculated at checkout.
For orders valued at R1300 or more, shipping is free of charge.

Returns:

We hope that you will absolutely love your products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within seven days of your receipt of goods.

Step One: Please send us a picture of the product with the request to: contact@umuora.com. Please also include a picture of the batch number and best before date, which is found on the bottom of the bottle.

Step Two: We will offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned, provided that they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition.

Step Three: We will happily make the change.

*Should an exchange or refund be requested, you will be liable for the courier costs incurred.
